Your lawyer

Family lawyer in Brussels since 2004.

I work with people facing sensitive family situations: separation, divorce, children's residence arrangements, parentage, international cases and family violence.

Background

For more than twenty years, I have built my practice on solid legal training, teaching experience and hands-on commitment to people facing complex human situations.

    Law degree

Université libre de Bruxelles, public law orientation.

  2. 2002

    Specialisation

Advanced studies diploma (diplôme d'études spécialisées) in maritime and air law at the ULB, broadening my international approach to the law.

  3. 2002-2004

Legal officer at the Service laïque d'aide sociale aux justiciables

Social and legal support for victims of intentional acts of violence, working alongside psychologists and social workers.

  4. 2004

    Admission to the Brussels Bar

Sworn in on 1 September 2004 and admitted to the French-speaking bar of Brussels on 1 October 2004.

  5. 2002-2012

    Teaching the law

Lecturer at the Institut des carrières commerciales, legal studies department: an experience that taught me to explain the law clearly, with a teacher's care.

  6. 2012-2013

    Understanding couples and family relationships

Training at the Cliniques du couple of the Centre Chapelle-aux-Champs, to better understand the relational dynamics at work in separations and family conflicts, through a psychoanalytic lens.

  7. 2004-2026

    Continuing education in family law

Continuously updated knowledge of family law, family private international law and family property law, so that I handle each case with precision.

  8. 2008-2023

    Front-line commitment

Front-line legal consultations at the Free Clinic: supporting people facing family, social, mental health or administrative difficulties.

  9. 2026

Training devoted to supporting complex parental separations and to finding a calmer framework for the children.
