Divorce and separation I assist you with divorce proceedings, de facto or judicial separation, and with organising the personal, family and financial consequences of the break-up. Children, parental authority and residence Parental authority, residence, maintenance contributions: every decision guided by the best interests of the child. Parentage Acknowledgement, challenge, paternity claims: bringing the law into line with the child's reality. Surrogacy abroad Having a surrogacy arrangement carried out abroad recognised in Belgium: parentage and civil status record.
